Job Description

  • Prepare bidding dossiers for hospital tender packages based on the hospital’s Invitation to Bid
  • Prepare product documents for bidding (all required documents in the Invitation to Bid: Import License, LOA, ISO, EC Certificate, Free Sale Certificate, Catalogue, Customs Declaration, etc.), including certification and company stamping.
  • Request and verify product documents from manufacturers to ensure eligibility for tender participation.
  • Certify copies, notarize English documents, and handle the notarization of bidding contracts.
  • Arrange translation and affix translation stamps for product documents.
  • Review and ensure all required documents in the Invitation to Bid are complete and compliant.
  • Finalize the bidding dossier (pagination, numbering, staple removal, photocopying, binding, sealing, and packing).
  • Prepare product samples upon request.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager and the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Female; Age: 24 or above.
  • Appearance: Not required.
  • Education: College or University degree (postgraduate degrees accepted); graduates from all majors are eligible.
  • Foreign Language: English (not mandatory).
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Competencies/Skills: Strong management and coordination skills; good negotiation skills.
  • Preference: Candidates with experience in healthcare-related projects.
  • Other Requirements: Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with state regulations.
