Job Description
- Conduct research on products, customers, markets, and competitors.
- Develop plans and propose product marketing strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact with manufacturers regarding business development activities.
- Coordinate seminars, training sessions, and marketing activities to promote products and enhance corporate branding.
- Introduce and present products at hospitals.
- Provide training for the sales team.
- Consolidate and report market data (upon request).
- Plan and prepare marketing activities for conferences and related events.
- Support product and market-related tasks within the assigned area.
Job Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumables is an advantage.
- Experience in marketing is preferred.
- English proficiency for communication and document reading (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
- Strong planning and execution skills.
- Articulate, with strong interpersonal skills, coordination abilities, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, logical thinking, proactive attitude; enthusiastic and agile.
Additional Information
- Probation period: 2 months
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with state regulations.
