Job Description

  • Conduct research on products, customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Develop plans and propose product marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with manufacturers regarding business development activities.
  • Coordinate seminars, training sessions, and marketing activities to promote products and enhance corporate branding.
  • Introduce and present products at hospitals.
  • Provide training for the sales team.
  • Consolidate and report market data (upon request).
  • Plan and prepare marketing activities for conferences and related events.
  • Support product and market-related tasks within the assigned area.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or higher.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumables is an advantage.
  • Experience in marketing is preferred.
  • English proficiency for communication and document reading (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
  • Strong planning and execution skills.
  • Articulate, with strong interpersonal skills, coordination abilities, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication, logical thinking, proactive attitude; enthusiastic and agile.

Additional Information

  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with state regulations.
