Job Description
- Provide timely updates and monitoring of surgical procedures within the hospital.
- Prepare all necessary equipment and instruments promptly to support the surgery.
- Follow proper procedures and comply with all sterilization and disinfection protocols before surgery.
- Arrange surgical instruments correctly and in accordance with technical standards on the instrument table.
- Have a solid understanding of the surgical workflow and hand instruments to the surgeon during the procedure.
- Complete the post-operative materials usage form.
- Support the sales department in product demonstrations and user guidance.
- Candidates without experience will be provided with training.
- Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Job Requirements
- Male, aged 22 or above, graduated from college or higher in Medical Equipment, Medicine, Nursing, Engineering, or Electrical–Electronics.
- No experience required; training will be provided (having at least 1 year of experience in medical consumables is an advantage).
- Good communication skills.
- Good health and willingness to travel frequently for business trips to other provinces.
- Ability to adjust working hours flexibly to support urgent tasks when needed.
Additional Information
- Probation period: 2 months
- Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with state regulations.
